I can Explain!
There are places where Christmas comes to life. One such place is the home of the owner of DSGNTeC, Joe Miraglia. These images are from the Christmas pageant his holiday decorations won.
These images were also featured in South Jersey Magazine. In addition to speaking about the holiday decoration, the article also discuss the origins of the house. When Joe acquired the house it was an old abandoned church with “good bones.” Through some perseverance, design, and a lot of hard work the building transformed into a wonderful home.
The crowning jewel of the holiday decorations is a massive collection of over 200 pieces of Department 56 Christmas holiday collectables (watch for the snow village in the images in the slideshow). This one set of decorations span an entire ten foot section of wall in Joe’s formal living room.
The updated kitchen was beautiful enough on its own. A new level of pagentry is achieved when you add the gold and green decorations that wonder around the kitchen and punctuate them with splashes of cherry red. This is what holiday decoration dream about becoming when they grow up.
We end with the amazing music room where Santa rides in on his sleigh to learn what naughty things have been happening in the Miraglia household. Who knew that holiday decorations could be this much fun!
